Easy Fried Crappie
Ingredients
- Desired amount of crappie fillets
- 5-10 C. of Vegetable or Canola Oil
(depends on amount of fillets)
- 1-2 C. of Andy's Seasoning Red Fish
Breading (depends on amount of
fillets)
Instructions
1. Heat oil to frying capacity.
2. While oil is heating, place breading in medium-to-large size bowl with a lid.
3. Place crappie fillets in bowl and put the lid on.
4. Shake the bowl to ensure breading coverage is sufficient to fillets.
5. Place breaded fillets into hot oil and fry to a golden color.
