Crappie fishing- Good, using minnows and jigs. The bushes are starting to get crappie in them thick. We are catching crappie in structure in 4-10 foot of water as well. Crappie are hitting jigs and minnows well.
Cat fish - Good , cut shad and worms, flowing water (ie dams and creeks) is very good right now you can also do good drifting flats, fishing mouths of creeks, shallow necks, along the rocks, and in the stumps.
Bass- Fair, Worms, rattle traps, crank baits, Jig&trailer. Fish around brush, bridges, lay downs, rip rap, weed beds, and drop off's.
White bass- good, Jig and curly tail grubs, inline spinners. Look for them on main lake humps, drop offs and around the 154 bridges.
Bluegill- Good, Look in the back of necks and on flat shallow banks and on the
rocks. Fish shallow with crickets, worms or small jigs.
